La malformacion arteriovenosa asociada a aneurisma, se cree que se desarrollan con el tiempo, y la incidencia en los niños por lo tanto mínima.

La asociación de un aneurisma requiere con más frecuencia un tratamiento preferente y apoyan la necesidad de un diagnóstico precoz (Hoffman et al. 2011)
